Role Purpose

Manage incoming event inquiries and convert them into successful bookings by handling client communications, preparing proposals, conducting site visits, and coordinating with internal departments to ensure flawless event execution.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Support & Client Management

• Provide daily administrative and coordination support to the Sales team.
• Handle client enquiries and follow up on business opportunities.
• Support sales calls, site inspections, events and other commercial activities.

Proposals & Documentation

• Prepare quotations, contracts, proposals and sales reports.
• Maintain accurate client, account and sales records.

Internal Coordination

• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure the smooth execution of client requests.

Qualifications & Experience

• Previous hotel sales, sales coordination or administrative experience within the hospitality industry is preferred.

Skills & Competencies

• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Experience with hotel systems or CRM platforms is an advantage.
• Proactive, positive and team-oriented attitude.
