To identify and pursue new sales opportunities, maintain existing client relationships, and achieve sales targets through effective promotion of Rentokil Initial's products and services.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and referrals.
• Present and promote Rentokil Initial's products and services effectively.
• Prepare sales proposals, quotes, and contracts.

Client Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Performance & Administration

• Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• Maintain accurate customer records and sales reports.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
• Proven experience in sales, preferably in B2B sales or related industries.

Skills & Competencies

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve targets.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Additional Information

• Valid driving license required.
