Role Overview

Sales Consultant – Coach at Al Tayer Group, located at Mall of Emirates.

Role Purpose

Deliver excellent customer service by identifying customer needs, offering product advice, demonstrating suitable products, building relationships with key customers, and maintaining store standards to achieve sales targets and cultivate customer loyalty.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service & Sales

• Welcome and greet every customer in a warm and friendly manner.
• Demonstrate excellent customer service at all times.
• Identify customer needs through asking questions.
• Confidently recommend and demonstrate appropriate products.
• Recommend linked products at every sale opportunity.
• Close the sale.
• Receive cash or payment in any authorized modes from customers.
• Issue receipts and bills against customer purchases.
• Provide professional cash point service.

Complaint & Issue Resolution

• Handle customer complaints professionally and efficiently in line with company after-sales policy.
• Escalate to management when necessary.

Product & Store Knowledge

• Demonstrate and maintain product knowledge at all times.
• Maintain awareness of fashion trends and in-store promotions.
• Maintain clean and organized display areas.
• Maintain clean and organized fitting rooms.
• Maintain clean and organized stock areas.

Inventory Management

• Check stock levels daily.
• Inform the store manager of depleting stocks to enable replenishment and maintain optimum stock levels.
• Minimize exposure to stock loss through vigilance on the sales floor and fitting room areas.

Policy & Compliance

• Comply with all company policies and procedures including refund and exchange policy.
• Comply with security, health and safety policies.
• Maintain personal grooming standards as advised by the Store Manager.

Customer Database

• Recruit customers for the database.
• Accurately enter customer details on the POS system.

Qualifications & Experience

• High school qualification.
• 3 to 4 years retail sales or customer service experience.
