Sales Advisor

Role Overview

Sales Advisor at Burjline Builders. The role is based on-site at the company's sales location.

Role Purpose

To welcome and assist customers, understand their needs, present products and services, and complete sales transactions while maintaining high standards of customer service and contributing to store operations.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service & Engagement

• Greet customers with courtesy and warmth, understanding their needs and preferences.
• Respond to customer inquiries and guide them through the purchasing process.
• Gather customer feedback and communicate observations to management for continuous improvement of products, services, and customer experience.

Sales & Product Knowledge

• Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of all products and services offered.
• Present products and services clearly and make appropriate recommendations to customers.
• Complete sales transactions accurately and in accordance with approved cash handling procedures.
• Achieve sales targets through effective customer assistance.

Store Operations

• Organize products and monitor stock availability on shelves and displays.
• Participate in improving the appearance and arrangement of the showroom to enhance the shopping experience.

Qualifications & Experience

• Secondary school certificate as a minimum; additional training or education in sales or customer service is preferred.
• Prior experience in customer service, sales, or a related field.

Skills & Competencies

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer skills for completing sales transactions.
• Friendly and courteous personality with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.

Additional Information

• Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
