Role Purpose

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Development

• Recruit, train, supervise, and mentor security team members.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide professional development opportunities.
• Recognize achievements to build a motivated and high-performing team.

Security Operations & Compliance

• Implement security protocols to protect guests, employees, and property.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and company brand standards.
• Oversee security patrols and identify potential risks.
• Take proactive measures to address safety and security concerns.

Investigations & Documentation

• Assist in conducting investigations related to accidents, thefts, property loss, and policy violations.
• Ensure proper documentation and follow-up on all incidents.
• Review and maintain security reports, incident records, and compliance documentation.

Emergency Management

• Manage on-site emergency responses, including fires, medical incidents, and safety hazards.
• Coordinate with appropriate teams during emergency situations.

Stakeholder & External Liaison

• Maintain communication with local, state, and federal law enforcement agencies on security-related matters.

Hotel Operations Support

• Take on duty manager responsibilities as needed.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and hotel standards as part of the leadership team.
