Maintain exceptional cleanliness and orderliness standards throughout the hotel while delivering a flawless guest experience. Represent the brand with empowerment and pride, delighting guests from welcome until farewell and ensuring each guest becomes a happy advocate for the property.
Key Responsibilities
Operations & Standards
- Conduct all operational housekeeping tasks while adhering to service standards and procedures.
- Maintain established cleanliness standards in rooms, public areas, floors, lift landings, corridors and pantries.
- Ensure rooms and public spaces remain in orderly and attractive condition.
Guest Service
- Deliver timely order taking and request fulfillment for guests.
- Go the extra mile to exceed guest expectations.
- Prevent complaints and execute adequate service recovery where needed.
Communication & Collaboration
- Proactively communicate with fellow Ambassadors with the guest's interests at the center.
Qualifications & Experience
- Previous experience in similar or related fields in a 5* Hotel.
- Minimum 1 year of experience at the same level.
- High school diploma or higher secondary qualification minimum.
