Role Overview

Retail Stock Clerk at Wynn Al Marjan Island, located in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE, approximately 50 miles from Dubai International Airport.

Company Overview

Wynn Al Marjan Island will be the first integrated resort in the UAE, set to open in 2027. The resort will feature 1,530 rooms and suites, 22 restaurants, lounges, and bars, a theater, and a beach club. Additional facilities include multiple swimming and wading pools, a five-star spa, a salon, a shopping promenade, and a celebrations and events center.

Role Purpose

To receive, organize, and maintain retail inventory and merchandise displays, ensuring accurate stock levels, product quality, and a well-organized stockroom and sales floor that supports smooth retail operations and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Merchandise Receiving and Inspection

• Receive, unpack, and inspect incoming merchandise for accuracy and quality.
• Label and tag items with pricing, barcodes, or other identifying information.

Inventory Management

• Monitor inventory levels and report low stock or discrepancies to supervisors.
• Assist in conducting regular inventory counts and stock audits.
• Rotate stock to ensure older items are sold first using the FIFO method.

Stockroom and Sales Floor Operations

• Stock shelves, bins, and displays with products in an organized and timely manner.
• Maintain cleanliness and order in the stockroom and sales floor.
• Support the team during promotions, restocking, and store rearrangements.

Customer and Team Support

• Assist customers in locating items when needed.
• Follow safety and security procedures when handling stock and equipment.

Qualifications & Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of experience in retail or stockroom operations preferred.
• Basic knowledge of inventory systems and stock handling procedures.

Skills & Competencies

• Physical ability to lift, move, and organize merchandise.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in stock handling.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
