Role Overview

Residences Liaison at Six Senses The Palm Dubai, part of IHG Hotels and Resorts, based in Dubai.

Role Purpose

Fully embrace the Six Senses vision and values to deliver an exceptional experience for Residences guests and colleagues. Support the Director of Residences in all aspects of owner engagement, community building, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Owner Communication & Documentation

• Assist the Director of Residences in preparing newsletters, updates, and notices for homeowners.
• Maintain accurate homeowner contact lists, preferences, and communication records.
• Support in designing and distributing event invitations, calendars, and post-event communications.
• Prepare simple summaries or reminders for owners regarding financial responsibilities.

Reports & Records Management

• Support in the preparation of reports, presentations, and HOA/committee documentation.
• Track and compile owner feedback from surveys, calls, and meetings.
• Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for all residences communications and initiatives.
• Follow up on action items from HOA meetings, owner feedback, and engagement initiatives.

Event & Community Coordination

• Coordinate logistics for owner events, wellness activities, sustainability workshops, and social gatherings.
• Assist in fostering connections between owners, creating a strong sense of community and belonging.
• Support onboarding and orientation programs for new owners, including welcome packs, guides, and contact points.

Quality & Compliance

• Review regularly all areas of residences to ensure adherence to LQA standards.

Engagement & Service Enhancement

• Collaborate with the Director of Residences on initiatives that enhance owner engagement and satisfaction.
• Support the Chief Concierge and focus on the rejuvenation of the residential experience.
• Provide coverage for the Residences Concierge Supervisor during vacations or as required, ensuring continuity of service and smooth day-to-day operations.

Financial Coordination

• Track homeowner payments related to dues, fees, or special assessments in coordination with finance.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum bachelor's degree in hospitality or business management.
• At least three years of experience in a similar luxury hospitality operational role.
• Proven results in luxury hotels or residences.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
• Experience in event coordination and communication drafting.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, particularly in the English language.
• Organized and detail-oriented with excellent follow-through.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook.
• Proficient in digital communication platforms.
• Proficient in various hotel systems, including PMS platforms and Residential Portals.
• Positive, proactive, and collaborative approach.
