Role Overview

Reservations Assistant Manager at Jumeirah The Red Sea, a luxury hospitality brand and member of Dubai Holding. Position requires Saudi National Talent.

Role Purpose

To ensure delivery of internal and external service, quality, and commercial performance aligned with Reservations KPI objectives while collaborating across departments to maximize revenue opportunities and minimize operational inefficiencies.

Key Responsibilities

Revenue & Commercial Performance

  • Ensure delivery of internal and external service, quality, and commercial performance aligned with Reservations KPI objectives.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Revenue, and Hotel Operations teams to maximize revenue opportunities and minimize operational inefficiencies.
  • Identify and escalate risks related to revenue, finance, and guest experience to senior management for proactive resolution.

Operations & Compliance

  • Supervise and ensure completion of daily, weekly, and monthly tasks related to reservations, audits, revenue, compliance, finance, visas, and group bookings.
  • Keep the department updated with property information, service offerings, new rates, and selling strategies to enhance operational efficiency.

Guest Experience

  • Monitor and resolve guest complaints promptly by coordinating with relevant departments to ensure a satisfactory resolution.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree in Hotel Management from an accredited and renowned University.
  • 3–4 years of experience as Reservations Assistant Manager or similar role in hospitality.
  • Qualification in Revenue Management (desirable).

Skills & Competencies

  • Excellent knowledge of PMS Systems.
  • Leadership skills.
  • Attention to detail.
