Role Purpose
The Reservations Assistant Manager ensures the delivery of internal and external service, quality, and commercial performance aligned with Reservations KPI objectives. The role collaborates with Sales, Revenue, and Hotel Operations teams to maximize revenue opportunities while minimizing operational inefficiencies.
Key Responsibilities
Reservations Operations
- Supervise and ensure completion of daily, weekly, and monthly tasks related to reservations, audits, revenue, compliance, finance, visas, and group bookings.
- Keep the department updated with property information, service offerings, new rates, and selling strategies to enhance operational efficiency.
Revenue and Commercial Performance
- Collaborate with Sales, Revenue, and Hotel Operations teams to maximize revenue opportunities and minimize operational inefficiencies.
- Identify and escalate risks related to revenue, finance, and guest experience to senior management for proactive resolution.
Guest Experience and Complaints
- Monitor and resolve guest complaints promptly by coordinating with relevant departments to ensure a satisfactory resolution.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Hotel Management from an accredited and renowned university.
- 3 to 4 years of experience as Reservations Assistant Manager or similar role in hospitality.
- Qualification in Revenue Management (desirable).

- Excellent knowledge of PMS Systems.
