Role Overview

Relationship Manager at MIRA Construction. This is a sales role within a growing real estate development team, based in the UAE.

Role Purpose

Promote and sell off-plan real estate projects to local and international investors, building long-term client relationships and consistently achieving ambitious sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Revenue

• Promote and sell the company's real estate projects to local and international investors.
• Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into successful sales.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Client Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Conduct property presentations, consultations, and project demonstrations.
• Demonstrate strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.

Operations & Administration

• Maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor projects, and investment opportunities.

Stakeholder Coordination

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience from inquiry through handover.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 3 years of sales experience working directly for a real estate developer.
• Experience with a real estate developer is essential; agency-only experience will not be considered.
• Demonstrated ability to work with international clients and investors across different nationalities.
• Proven history of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
