Role Overview
Relationship Manager β Abu Dhabi, Emirates NBD. This role serves the Priority Banking division, managing relationships with affluent clients and salaried individuals across a diverse portfolio.

Role Purpose
Provide outstanding service to affluent clients through growth and maintenance of comprehensive relationships. Manage portfolios from initial profiling through addressing Forex, Liabilities and Asset requirements while achieving financial targets and maintaining exceptional service quality.
Key Responsibilities
Relationship Management
- Cultivate and sustain virtual relationships with clients to retain them through dedicated relationship management efforts.
- Address service quality and operational concerns for all portfolio clients.
- Ensure daily customer contact is maintained and monitored to guarantee all portfolio clients receive necessary support and assistance.
Sales and Revenue
- Achieve financial targets by selling and cross-selling bank products.
- Focus on portfolio and asset growth, wealth referrals and successful closure of referrals.
- Close Forex transactions within the portfolio.
Compliance and Risk
- Adhere to operational risk policies, sales processes and regulations.
- Ensure compliance with KYC procedures.
- Safeguard Emirates NBD's reputation.
Service Quality
- Maintain exceptional service quality to positively influence CSAT scores within your portfolio.
Professional Development and Operations
- Complete mandatory training and certifications promptly.
- Maintain punctuality and meet deadlines.
- Adhere to Emirates NBD's dress code policy.
Qualifications & Experience
- University Degree in Business or Finance.
- 1 to 3 years in a sales role within the Financial Services or Banking industry.
- Experience across a wide range of Banking areas, such as Retail and Wealth Management.
