Relationship Manager - Abu Dhabi (UAE Nationals)

Role Overview

Relationship Manager – Abu Dhabi, Emirates Islamic Bank. This role serves the Priority Banking division, managing relationships with affluent clients in the Retail Banking Sector.

Role Purpose

Provide outstanding service to affluent clientele by cultivating and sustaining comprehensive client relationships. Manage portfolios of salaried individuals, addressing their Forex, Liabilities and Asset requirements while driving portfolio and asset growth.

Key Responsibilities

Relationship Management

• Cultivate and sustain virtual relationships with clients to retain them through dedicated relationship management efforts.
• Address service quality and operational concerns to maintain client satisfaction.
• Ensure daily customer contact is maintained and monitored to guarantee all portfolio clients receive necessary support and assistance.

Sales & Growth

• Achieve financial targets by selling and cross-selling bank products.
• Focus on portfolio and asset growth, wealth referrals and successful closure of referrals and Forex transactions.

Compliance & Risk

• Adhere to operational risk policies, sales processes and regulations.
• Ensure compliance with KYC procedures.
• Safeguard Emirates NBD's reputation.

Service Quality

• Maintain exceptional service quality to positively influence CSAT scores within your portfolio.

Professional Development & Operations

• Complete mandatory training and certifications promptly.
• Maintain punctuality, meet deadlines and adhere to Emirates NBD's dress code policy.

Qualifications & Experience

• University Degree in Business or Finance.
• One to three years of experience in a sales role within the Financial Services or Banking industry.
• Experience across a wide range of Banking areas, including Retail and Wealth Management.
