Role Overview

Regional Sales Manager, New Accounts – Kuwait (Remote, UAE) at CrowdStrike. This field sales role drives enterprise security software sales and incremental revenue with new customers across Kuwait, primarily through flexible and scalable licensing models.

Role Purpose

Directly sell enterprise security software solutions to new accounts, driving revenue growth through flexible and scalable licensing models. Develop post-close relationships within newly won accounts by partnering with internal stakeholders on onboarding, adoption, expansion, and transition to Account Managers.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Development & Closing

  • Prospect, identify, qualify, and close new customer revenue within assigned accounts by building relationships with key decision makers using flexible and scalable licensing models such as Falcon Flex.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive business plan for each account, identifying core customer requirements and mapping CrowdStrike solutions to business objectives.
  • Routinely sell to and interact with executive-level customer decision makers up to C-suite levels, typically assigned to Enterprise accounts or commensurately complex public sector accounts.

Account Management & Coordination

  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders during customer onboarding, accelerated product adoption, expansion, and transition of accounts to expansion/renewal-focused Account Managers after initial months.
  • Establish and maintain consultative relationships with internal and external customers.
  • Promote CrowdStrike products, maximize brand recognition and mindshare at all levels, and publicize success stories.

Documentation & Forecasting

  • Maintain timely documentation within CRM/Marketing software of customer contact and activity data, including names, titles, contact information, opportunity value, product information, sales stages, probability, business pain, and firm-future commitments.
  • Deliver accurate forecasting, regular quarterly revenue delivery, and implementation of agreed account and business plans.

Stakeholder Engagement & Feedback

  • Provide customer feedback to internal stakeholders for product, systems, and process improvement.
  • Effectively collaborate with Account Managers, Customer Success, Sales Engineering, Professional Services, Marketing, Channel/Alliances sales teams, Finance, Customer Support, and external Alliance and Channel Partners.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum 8+ years of relevant professional cybersecurity experience.
  • BA/BS or equivalent educational background is preferred.
  • Expert-level knowledge of selling the company's products and services.
  • Deep industry knowledge and understanding of a customer's decision-making process, goals, strategies, and business objectives.

Skills & Competencies

  • Expert-level presentation, customer service, financial/business acumen, and negotiation skills at all levels of customer engagement.
  • Fully functional knowledge of sales methodologies, techniques, and the sales lifecycle of security software solutions and software business value concepts.
  • Proven experience utilizing AI technologies to enhance decision-making, streamline workflows and processes, improve efficiency, and drive business outcomes.
  • Complete, big-picture understanding of the business and technical contexts of key account opportunities.
  • Driven, self-starter who exudes leadership on account set and compels others to engage.
  • Professional concepts and creative, effective problem-solving approach to complex issues.
