Role Overview
Regional Performance Manager at Richemont (Montblanc), based in the Middle East, India & Africa region headquarters with travel expected.

Role Purpose
Improve Montblanc's market position and achieve financial growth in the Middle East, India & Africa region by defining long-term organizational strategic goals, building key customer relationships, identifying business opportunities, negotiating and closing business deals, and maintaining extensive knowledge of current market conditions.
Key Responsibilities
Budget & Financial Management
- Coordinate yearly regional business unit budgets and phasing schedules.
- Coordinate monthly and weekly sales estimates for the region with the sales team.
- Manage the training budget.
- Act as liaison with departments for all budget and LE information.
Reporting & Analysis
- Analyze and track market intelligence and research.
- Monitor Montblanc's network in the MEIA region regarding size, opening, closure, typology and profitability together with local teams.
- Benchmark network performance with other brands to develop further action plans.
- Analyze existing business models and propose changes to support regional performance whilst preserving global profitability, including networks' performance (sell-in/sell-out).
- Establish priorities and action plans with market heads based on network plans and consolidated analysis of Capex requirements, including renovations, expansion and closings.
- Support preparation of presentations for the International Sales Department, including internal presentations, Richemont budget and 3-year plans.
- Prepare monthly reporting including WA sales reports and network trackers.
- Report monthly gratuities to headquarters.
- Prepare SIHH sales reports.
- Prepare the yearly strategic plan.
- Identify new business opportunities, support preparation of business cases and participate in the validation process.
- Ensure implementation of product launches according to the launch plan and track sell-out.
Legal & Compliance
- Maintain all legal agreements for the MEIA region.
- Assist in legal processes and documentation for boutiques, SiS and online channels.
- Prepare commercial agreements for new clients and addendums for current contracts, including ADA, termination and relocation clauses.
- Prepare espace agreements for new point-of-sale locations or boutiques.
- Develop and maintain the legal archive.
Projects & Operations
- Analyze e-commerce market opportunities and coordinate and gather all data and documentation needed, including market share, sell-out, competition review, segmentation, tables and charts.
- Manage new e-retailer setup.
- Support special products projects from markets or retailers, including discussion with markets, validation, briefing and follow-up with category management.
- Manage all CAR submissions.
- Rework Capex budgets with SDP and sales directors.
- Prepare for trade shows including SIHH.
- Maintain vendor Masterdata in SAP, including vendor creation, modification and extension.
- Process purchase orders in SAP.
Qualifications & Experience
- University degree required.
- 5+ years' experience in account or event management roles.
- Project management skills essential.
- Retail or luxury brand experience ideal.
- Management experience of both direct staff and external suppliers.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong project management skills.
- Very good computer skills with Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Very good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
- Ability to travel within region, including KSA, and Europe.
- Excellent knowledge of English (written and spoken).
- Arabic and French are an added advantage.
