Role Purpose
The Business Partner role supports day-to-day operations of the rapidly growing CrowdStrike partner ecosystem and Alliances/Partner leadership and teams. The role emphasizes managing Salesforce data integrity and partner program integrity with a focus on partner-facing processes, while serving as a partner advocate and continuously improving operations and scalability.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Planning
- Partner with Alliances Leaders and teams to assist with Channel strategy, using data-led insights into trends, gaps and opportunities to execute the plan.
- Participate in the Annual Planning Process.
- Participate in QBRs to ensure processes are aligned with business needs and provide recommendations for the future.
Operations & Process Management
- Manage day-to-day operational tasks to support Partners, Partner Managers and Sales teams.
- Manage partner onboarding and compliance support.
- Assist with complex contractual cases.
- Ensure all partner deals are properly categorized and correct partner attribution is tagged.
- Provide regional deal support.
- Institute best practices and scalable processes, including data flows.
- Implement new processes and process enhancements within the field.
- Identify opportunities to constantly improve and streamline processes, especially as the partnership model expands.
Data & Reporting
- Understand and interpret data and prepare metrics and KPIs shared with management on a regular basis.
- Ensure strong Salesforce data and partner program integrity.
- Investigate and resolve commissions issues escalated by the Comp Team.
Enablement & Training
- Continuously enable the wider Alliances/Partner team to ensure seamless execution of partner-related processes and initiatives.
- Deliver regular enablement sessions for wider Alliances/Partner sales teams.
- Manage onboarding of new hires and knowledge transfer.
- Manage training materials.
- Train shared services team and act as a point for escalation.
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Advise on process enhancements and liaise with IT, capability and GTM teams.
- Align with cross-functional teams to ensure positive user experience for partners.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree.
- Minimum 2 years of Partner or Channel Operations experience.
- Strong analytical background and ability to identify anomalies.
Skills & Competencies
- Self-starter with detail and process orientation and operational mindset.
- Excellent presentation, communication and influencing skills with strong business partnership experience.
- Expertise in Excel, PowerPoint, Salesforce and Tableau.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage through ambiguity and change.
- Curious mindset and willingness to constantly improve experience for partners and internal teams.
- Ability to optimize and prioritize tasks.
