Region Lead Recruiter - GC HUB

Role Overview

Region Lead Recruiter - GC HUB at Technip Energies, based in Abu Dhabi, UAE, reporting directly to Head of Region.

Role Purpose

Manage day-to-day recruitment interfaces across assigned projects within the region, ensuring quality and compliance with recruitment processes. Coordinate full GC HUB recruitment activities on assigned projects while overseeing the Recruitment Factory during sourcing and mobilization.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment Administration

• Interface with assigned project recruitment teams.
• Coordinate within the Recruitment Factory during sourcing and mobilization activities with respect to workload allocations and balanced distribution of tasks among Recruiters.
• Ensure that all internal controls and quality screening processes are effectively observed and in full compliance, including recruitment screening forms, salary monitoring, and performance assessment processes.
• Allocate recruitment activities to each team member considering priorities and workload determined and reviewed on weekly basis.
• Verify that proposed profiles have confirmed performance evaluated by means of proper performance assessments or internal or external references.

Recruitment Tools and KPIs

• Ensure IDA database is adequately utilized, maintained, and properly updated by all team members.
• Review and monitor all recruitment and mobilization KPIs on weekly basis.
• Ensure Consolidated Recruitment Dashboard is systematically updated every week by all parties.

Policy and Compliance

• Contribute to customization and implementation of recruitment policies and procedures in accordance with defined HR/Business strategy and local regulations.
• Ensure all recruitment and mobilization activities are fully compliant with GC Hub charter and procedures.

Recruitment Operations

• Coordinate sourcing of profiles for assigned projects.
• Organize interviews on behalf of the recruitment team.
• Negotiate with candidates on assigned projects.
• Perform standard recruitment activities as described in the Recruitment Officer Job Description.

Qualifications & Experience

• Oil and Gas industry experience.

Skills & Competencies

• English language proficiency.
