Role Overview

Recreation Attendant at Waldorf Astoria Ras Al Khaimah, Hilton. You will deliver exceptional hospitality by creating memorable guest experiences while maintaining the resort's recreational facilities.

Role Purpose

As a Recreation Attendant, you brighten guests' days by spreading the warmth of hospitality through delivering memorable experiences that define their stay. You ensure exceptional recreational operations while upholding Hilton's core service standards.

Key Responsibilities

Guest Service & Experience

• Welcome guests in a warm, professional, and friendly manner, creating a positive first impression.
• Assist guests with towels, sunbeds, umbrellas, and recreational equipment.
• Respond promptly to guest requests, anticipate their needs whenever possible, and resolve concerns efficiently and courteously to ensure a memorable guest experience.

Facility Maintenance & Operations

• Maintain a clean, inviting environment by cleaning and maintaining pools and beach areas, including furniture, showers, cabanas, and other surrounding spaces.
• Manage towel supply by collecting used towels, restocking clean ones, and monitoring inventory to minimize loss.
• Monitor facility usage by observing pool activity, identifying potential hazards, and addressing or reporting issues promptly.

Safety & Compliance

• Follow all health and safety regulations, hotel standards, and enforce facility rules when required.
• Maintain strong attention to detail and commitment to safety at all times.

Team Collaboration

• Work closely and effectively with other departments to ensure seamless operations and a cohesive team environment.

Qualifications & Experience

• Previous experience in recreation preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
• Familiarity with Forbes service standards preferred.

Skills & Competencies

• Intermediate English language skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to stay outdoors for long hours.
