Role Overview

Recreation Attendant at Hilton, located at Hilton Abu Dhabi Yas Island. You will assist in organizing and facilitating a variety of recreational activities for hotel guests, ensuring they have a fun and enjoyable stay.

Role Purpose

Deliver engaging recreational programs that cater to guests of all ages and interests—from fitness classes and poolside activities to sports and children's programs—while spreading the light and warmth of hospitality through memorable experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Guest Engagement & Activity Facilitation

• Lead fitness classes, sports games, and children's programs.
• Actively engage guests to enhance their experience.

Safety & Cleanliness

• Monitor recreational areas for safety and cleanliness.
• Report equipment or facility issues promptly.

Customer Service

• Provide professional and friendly service.
• Respond to guest inquiries and promote recreational offerings.

Team Collaboration

• Coordinate with other departments to support events and activities.
• Assist with setup and breakdown of recreational activities.

Program Support

• Contribute ideas to improve recreational programs.
• Promote wellness initiatives.

Problem Solving & Compliance

• Address guest concerns promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction.
• Follow all health and safety regulations and hotel standards.

Qualifications & Experience

• Previous experience in recreation, hospitality, or customer service preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification is an advantage.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
