Role Overview

Real Estate Specialist at Alkaffary Group. The successful candidate will manage real estate transactions, provide expert guidance on market trends, and assist clients with their property investments and sales.

Role Purpose

To manage real estate transactions from initial inquiry through closing, conduct market analysis to identify opportunities for property acquisition and development, and provide expert advisory to clients on market conditions, property values, and investment opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Market Research & Analysis

• Conduct thorough market analysis to identify opportunities for property acquisition and development.
• Provide expert advice to clients on market conditions, property values, and investment opportunities.
• Stay abreast of local real estate regulations, market conditions, and changes affecting the industry.

Transaction Management

• Oversee the execution of real estate transactions from initial inquiries through to closing.
• Negotiate terms of sale or lease agreements to achieve favorable outcomes for all parties involved.

Client & Stakeholder Relations

• Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and industry professionals.
• Communicate clearly with clients and investors on market insights and transaction progress.

Reporting & Communication

• Create detailed reports and presentations on property listings, market trends, and transaction processes.

Collaboration & Coordination

• Work closely with various departments within the company to ensure alignment on real estate initiatives and objectives.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of one year of experience in real estate sales, leasing, or property management.
• Strong understanding of market trends, local regulations, and best practices in the industry.

Skills & Competencies

• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
