Role Overview

Quantity Surveyor at JASARA PMC. The role provides quantity surveying support at project level in measurement, pricing, and cost management within an Engineering & Construction environment.

Role Purpose

Deliver quantity surveying services in accordance with international standards and industry practice, supporting delivery teams through measurement, pricing, cost review, and escalation of technical issues.

Key Responsibilities

Quantity Surveying Services

• Provide support to delivery teams at project level in the areas of quantity surveying, measurement, and pricing as needed.
• Provide quantity surveying services in accordance with the standards and international industry practice.

Cost Management & Review

• Review cost-related submissions from the PMC and outsourced consultants.
• Review costing of value engineering proposals.

Issue Management

• Escalate technical-related quantity surveying issues.

Qualifications & Experience

Education

• Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, Construction, or equivalent.

Experience

• 5+ years of experience with quantity surveying in an Engineering & Construction environment.
