Role Purpose

Handle cost and quantity management for pipeline and utility works. Review quantities, verify progress, and support financial control of project components.

Key Responsibilities

Cost Control & Valuation

• Manage measurement, valuation, and cost control.
• Review contractor claims and variations.

Contract Administration

• Support contract administration.

Qualifications & Experience

• Certified Quantity Surveyor.
• 4–7 years of experience.
• General Pipe Networks Experience.

Skills & Competencies

Technical

• BOQs (Bills of Quantities).
• Cost control.
• Contracts.
