Role Purpose

Conduct on-site inspections of road construction activities to verify that materials, workmanship, and all project deliverables comply with approved specifications, codes, standards, and quality control procedures.

Key Responsibilities

Construction Inspections

• Inspect road construction activities including earthworks, subgrade, GSB, sub-base, and asphalt.
• Verify materials against approved specifications and test results.
• Participate in inspections with client and consultant representatives.

Quality Assurance & Compliance

• Ensure compliance with ITPs and project QC procedures.
• Coordinate with contractors to close NCRs and improve workmanship.

Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain daily inspection reports and checklists.

Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma or Bachelor's in Civil Engineering.
• 3–7 years QC experience in road or highway projects.
• Knowledge of construction materials, testing, and standards.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong documentation and reporting skills.
