QC INSPECTOR

Role Overview

QC Inspector position at Napco National.

Role Purpose

Conduct quality control inspections and laboratory testing to ensure products meet standard specifications, communicate findings to production teams, and maintain compliance with safety and environmental protocols.

Key Responsibilities

Quality Control Testing

• Perform various lab tests according to required QC testing methods to ensure meeting standard specifications.
• Fill online data entry for required lab tests to ensure data availability to upper management level.

Production Communication

• Communicate with production and finished goods inspectors for necessary action of any non-conformity.
• Take necessary actions and communications with production as needed.

Safety & Compliance

• Comply and follow safety and environmental instructions.
• Participate in toolbox talks given by HSE officer.
• Participate in consultation and participation at all applicable levels and functions, including development, planning, implementation, performance evaluation and actions for improvement of the OH&S management system.
