QA/QC Coordinator

Role Overview

QA/QC Coordinator at HanmiGlobal Saudi. This role oversees and implements quality assurance and quality control processes across all project phases of a high-rise development within a PMC environment.

Role Purpose

Ensure that construction activities, materials, and deliverables meet required standards, specifications, and regulatory guidelines. The coordinator works closely with contractors, consultants, and internal teams to maintain compliance, drive continuous improvement, and support successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Quality Assurance & Control Procedures

• Develop, implement, and monitor QA/QC procedures in alignment with project requirements and international standards.
• Review and verify contractor quality plans, inspection test plans (ITPs), method statements, and material submittals.

Site Compliance & Inspections

• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and quality benchmarks.
• Ensure adherence to KSA regulations, project guidelines, and client expectations.

Non-Conformity Management

• Identify non-conformities and issue NCRs.
• Follow up on corrective and preventive actions.

Coordination & Collaboration

• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to resolve quality-related issues promptly.

Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain accurate documentation, inspection records, and quality reports.

Continuous Improvement

• Support audits, quality reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
• Minimum 10–12 years of experience in high-rise tower projects.
• KSA experience is mandatory.
• Relevant professional membership or certification is preferred.
• Prior experience in a Project Management Consultancy (PMC) environment is highly preferred.

• Strong knowledge of QA/QC processes, construction standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and coordination skills.
