Role Purpose

Manage local and international procurement operations to optimize costs and maintain quality standards while overseeing spend analytics, conducting vendor negotiations, and supervising the purchasing team from Jeddah.

Key Responsibilities

Team & Operations

• Manage purchasing officers and supervise the purchasing team.
• Oversee end-to-end procurement cycles from requisition to delivery.
• Handle logistics and customs compliance.

Financial & Budgeting

• Review purchase orders and invoices.
• Control departmental budgets.
• Coordinate with finance and warehouse teams for audits and reconciliation.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant financial or business discipline.
• At least 8 years of experience in procurement or strategic sourcing.
• Saudi or Indian national currently residing in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.

Skills & Competencies

• Proficient in English.
• ERP systems proficiency, specifically Odoo.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Strong negotiation capabilities.
