Role Purpose

The Public Area Attendant maintains and enhances the guest experience across recreation areas including the pool, gym, and spa by ensuring spaces are clean, safe, and welcoming, providing personalized service and information, and addressing guest needs and facility issues.

Key Responsibilities

Guest Service & Experience

• Greet every guest with a warm smile as they arrive at the pool, gym, or spa, setting the tone for a relaxing, enjoyable experience.
• Be the go-to expert for guests seeking information on wellness services, facilities, or relaxation options.
• Provide towels, refreshments, and other essentials to guests.

Facility Maintenance & Operations

• Keep recreation areas well maintained, safe, and inviting.
• Maintain inventory of towels, refreshments, and other essentials in a stocked and organized manner.
• Report any maintenance issues to promote a seamless experience.

Qualifications & Experience

• Previous experience in recreation, guest service, or a wellness-related role, preferably in a hotel or resort setting.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong attention to detail and a passion for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene.
• Friendly, energetic, and guest-oriented attitude.
