Protfolio Manager

Role Overview

Portfolio Manager at Saeed Raddad Group. The role oversees a portfolio of facility management contracts, ensuring each delivers to contractual service levels, stays profitable, and builds long-term client relationships that lead to renewals and growth.

Role Purpose

Oversee a portfolio of facility management contracts covering hard services (MEP, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire systems) and soft services, ensuring contractual performance, profitability, and sustainable client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Portfolio & Financial Management

• Own the portfolio P&L, including budgeting, cost control, and margin improvement.
• Monitor contract performance against KPIs and SLAs, and drive corrective action where standards slip.
• Identify opportunities for contract extensions, variations, and additional scope.

Leadership & Accountability

• Set direction for Project Managers and site teams, and hold them accountable for performance, budget, and compliance.
• Report portfolio performance, risks, and forecasts to senior management.

Maintenance & Operations

• Ensure planned preventive maintenance (PPM), reactive maintenance, and asset management programs are delivered as planned.

Client & Stakeholder Management

• Act as the senior point of contact for key clients, leading performance reviews and resolving escalations.

Compliance & Governance

• Ensure compliance with HSE requirements, contract terms, and applicable Saudi regulations.

Business Development

• Support tenders and mobilization of new contracts with technical and operational input.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• 7+ years in facility management, including management of multiple contracts or sites.
• Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) registration.

Skills & Competencies

• English and Arabic fluency.
