Role Purpose
Build and maintain strong client relationships while driving sales of off-plan and secondary properties. Guide investors and end-users through the purchase process, advise on project details and market trends, and achieve sales targets in one of the world's most dynamic real estate markets.
Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with investors, end-users, and developer sales teams.
- Advise clients on project details, payment plans, ROI, and market trends.
Sales & Business Development
- Conduct property presentations, attend project launches, and represent the company at real estate events.
- Generate and manage leads through marketing campaigns, referrals, and networking.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Qualifications & Experience
- Proven sales experience in Dubai, with luxury sector experience preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to self-generate business.
- Strong investment mindset and market understanding.
Skills & Competencies
- Professional and ambitious demeanor with performance-driven approach.
- English language proficiency (mandatory).
