Role Purpose

Advise clients on property opportunities, manage sales and leasing transactions, generate new business, and deliver exceptional service throughout the customer journey.

Key Responsibilities

Client Advisory & Service

• Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing residential and commercial properties.
• Understand client needs and recommend suitable property solutions.
• Conduct property viewings and provide clients with professional market insights.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service.

Business Development & Networking

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and lead generation.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and property owners.

Transaction Management & Negotiation

• Negotiate offers and guide clients through the transaction process.

Market & Performance Management

• Stay updated on market trends, property developments, and industry regulations.
• Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to the team's success.

Qualifications & Experience

• Proven experience as a Property Consultant, Real Estate Agent, or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of the UAE real estate market.

Skills & Competencies

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
• Strong sales and networking skills.
