Role Purpose

To deliver outstanding results by guiding clients through their real estate journey and managing all aspects of property transactions in Dubai's market.

Key Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management

• Build and maintain strong client relationships through personalized consultation and exceptional service.
• Manage client communications and inquiries efficiently.

Operations & Transactions

• Manage property viewings.
• Negotiate and close deals while ensuring an outstanding client experience.

Expertise & Advisory

• Provide expert advice on current market trends, investment opportunities, and legal aspects of real estate transactions.

Qualifications & Experience

• Proven experience in real estate sales, with at least 1 year of experience in the UAE market preferred.
• Deep knowledge of the Dubai real estate market.
• Real estate certification or relevant qualifications are advantageous.

Skills & Competencies

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation abilities focused on customer satisfaction.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and social media platforms.
• Fluency in English required; additional languages such as Arabic are a plus.
