Role Purpose
To connect clients with upcoming projects, guide investors and end-users through off-plan purchases, and maximize sales opportunities in Dubai's fast-growing property market while developing strong relationships with investors, developer sales teams, and end-users.
Key Responsibilities
Client Advisory
- Advise clients on project details, payment plans, ROI, and market trends.
- Guide investors and end-users through off-plan purchases.
Relationship Management
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with investors, end-users, and developer sales teams.
Business Development
- Generate and manage leads through marketing campaigns, referrals, and networking.
- Demonstrate ability to self-generate business.
Sales & Representation
- Conduct property presentations and attend project launches.
- Represent the company at real estate events.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Qualifications & Experience
- Proven sales experience in Dubai; luxury property experience preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to self-generate business.
- Strong investment mindset and market understanding.
Skills & Competencies

- Performance-driven approach.
- Fluent English (mandatory).
