Role Overview

Project Manager at Network International. This role supports the planning, execution, and governance of strategic initiatives across the Operations function.

Role Purpose

Drive program delivery excellence through effective project management, stakeholder coordination, risk tracking, and performance monitoring to ensure strategic objectives are achieved within agreed timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Program Execution

  • Manage end-to-end execution of strategic programs and transformation initiatives across acquiring, issuing, operations, and support functions.

Planning & Scheduling

  • Develop and maintain program plans, project schedules, milestones, dependencies, and resource allocation models.

Risk & Issue Management

  • Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and coordinate mitigation actions to ensure timely delivery.

Governance & Reporting

  • Prepare governance materials including steering committee presentations, project status reports, dashboards, and executive updates.
  • Establish and maintain PMO standards, methodologies, templates, and reporting frameworks.
  • Prepare executive-level reporting and governance documentation.

Stakeholder Coordination

  • Coordinate with business, operations, technology, risk, compliance, and external stakeholders to ensure alignment on project objectives and deliverables.

Performance Tracking

  • Track program budgets, benefits realization, and key performance indicators against approved business cases.

Change Management

  • Support change management activities including communication planning, stakeholder engagement, and implementation readiness.

Compliance & Continuous Improvement

  • Ensure projects comply with internal governance requirements, regulatory expectations, and organizational policies.
  • Conduct project reviews and post-implementation assessments to capture lessons learned and continuous improvement opportunities.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 5 to 8 years of experience in project management, PMO, strategic initiatives, or business transformation, preferably within financial services or payments.
  • Proven experience managing cross-functional programs and multiple concurrent workstreams.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies such as PMI, PRINCE2, Agile, or Hybrid delivery models.
  • Familiarity with payments operations, digital transformation, or operational excellence initiatives is preferred.
  • PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or equivalent certification is an advantage.
