PROJECT MANAGER - Security

Role Overview

Project Manager - Security at Saeed Raddad Group. This role leads the delivery of security service contracts, ensuring every assigned site is fully manned, compliant, and operating to agreed service levels while maintaining strong client relationships and contract profitability.

Role Purpose

Lead the delivery of security service contracts, making sure every assigned site is fully manned, compliant, and operating to the agreed service levels while maintaining strong client relationships and contract profitability.

Key Responsibilities

Contract Management

• Manage the full lifecycle of security contracts, from mobilization and site setup through day-to-day operations to renewal.
• Track contract profitability and monitor performance against KPIs and SLAs.

Operational Planning

• Plan manpower deployment, shift schedules, and coverage for all assigned sites to meet contractual requirements.
• Conduct regular site visits, audits, and risk assessments to identify and close security gaps.

Compliance & Governance

• Ensure full compliance with the regulations of the Ministry of Interior and the High Commission for Industrial Security (HCIS), as well as client security requirements.

Stakeholder Management

• Act as the main point of contact for clients, holding regular review meetings and handling escalations.

Performance Management

• Monitor performance against KPIs and SLAs, and put corrective actions in place where standards fall short.
• Oversee site supervisors and security personnel, including performance, discipline, and training needs.

Incident Management & Continuous Improvement

• Coordinate incident reporting and investigations, and make sure lessons learned are applied.

Financial Management

• Manage project budgets and control costs.

Reporting

• Prepare operational and financial reports for management.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• 5 years of experience in the security field, including managing security contracts or multi-site operations.

Skills & Competencies

• English and Arabic language proficiency.
