Project Manager - Retail at Johnson Controls, based in Saudi Arabia, covering operations across the Middle East and Africa region.

Role Purpose
You will oversee the successful delivery of Sensormatic solutions and traffic and demographic metrics systems across all assigned client accounts in the Middle East and Africa region, managing the installation and commissioning of these systems in new shopping mall and retail store openings and refits.
Key Responsibilities
Project Delivery
- Lead rollout of Sensormatic solutions across MEA shopping malls and retail stores.
- Deliver projects on scope, budget, schedule, and quality.
- Oversee installation and commissioning of traffic and demographic metric systems.
- Strive for right-first-time installations; capture learnings and reporting.
Resource & Stakeholder Management
- Coordinate technical resources, subcontractors, and internal planners.
- Lead site meetings to define requirements, readiness, and handover.
- Maintain high client satisfaction and build long-term relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
Risk, Change & Cost Management
- Manage risk, changes, resources, and costs; monitor actions.
- Ensure compliance with project management and health & safety standards.
Continuous Improvement
- Drive continuous improvement and efficiency across processes.
Qualifications & Experience
- Project management qualification or equivalent experience.
Skills & Competencies
- Exceptional oral, written, and presentation skills in both English and Arabic.
- Ability to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Good working knowledge of IT and network infrastructures.
- Organized, methodical, and process-driven approach.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to build and nurture strong relationships.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- High proficiency in Windows/Microsoft Office software (preferred).
- Keen desire to continually learn and grow, motivated by success (preferred).
