PROJECT MANAGER - Facility Management

Role Overview

Project Manager – Facility Management at Saeed Raddad Group. This role leads the full delivery of assigned facility management projects, ensuring all maintenance and operations services are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality and safety standards.

Role Purpose

Lead the full delivery of assigned facility management projects, making sure all maintenance and operations services are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

Service Delivery

• Manage day-to-day delivery of FM services across all project sites, including PPM, corrective maintenance, and soft services.
• Oversee asset condition surveys, asset registers, and lifecycle planning.

Planning & Resource Management

• Plan and deploy manpower, subcontractors, materials, and equipment to meet contract requirements.
• Manage subcontractor performance and coordinate with procurement on materials and spare parts.

Stakeholder Management

• Serve as the main point of contact with the client and consultant, attending progress meetings and handling escalations.

Performance & Reporting

• Track performance against KPIs and SLAs, and prepare monthly performance and progress reports.

Budget & Financial Management

• Manage the project budget, cost control, invoicing, and variation claims.

Team Leadership

• Lead site engineers, supervisors, and technicians, including performance management and training.

Compliance & Risk Management

• Ensure full compliance with contract terms, HSE requirements, and quality procedures.
• Identify operational risks early and put mitigation plans in place.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• 7+ years of experience, including facility management projects.
• Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) registration.

Skills & Competencies

• English and Arabic language proficiency.
