Role Purpose

Oversee all aspects of project planning, execution, and delivery in agriculture and palm industries, ensuring timely and high-quality results from conception to completion.

Key Responsibilities

Planning & Budget

• Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with stakeholders and team members.
• Manage project budget and expenses, track project costs, and provide regular financial reports.

Execution & Coordination

• Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and budget.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Collaborate with vendors and contractors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.

Risk & Quality Management

• Identify and mitigate potential project risks and issues.
• Ensure compliance with all safety and quality standards.

Stakeholder Communication & Reporting

• Communicate project updates and status to stakeholders and senior management.
• Conduct regular project meetings and provide progress reports to stakeholders.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the agriculture or palm industries.
• Proven track record of successfully managing projects from conception to completion.
• PMP certification is a plus.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
• Proficient in MS Office and project management software.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
