Role Overview

Role Purpose

Lead a variety of projects that contribute to the development of sustainable infrastructure, ensuring strategic initiatives are executed effectively and projects remain aligned with company goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Scope Management

• Formulate and implement detailed project plans, ensuring clarity in project scope, objectives, and deliverables.

Coordination & Execution

• Coordinate with various teams to facilitate the timely execution of project tasks and milestones.
• Utilize project management software to track progress and communicate effectively with team members and executives.

Risk & Issue Management

• Assess project risks and issues, implementing strategies to mitigate them effectively.

Stakeholder Management & Reporting

• Conduct regular reviews and updates of project status with key stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accountability.

Quality & Compliance

• Ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices throughout project life cycles.

Team Leadership & Development

• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior project management professionals.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• At least 10 years of project management experience, with a focus on infrastructure or construction projects.
• PMP certification or equivalent is highly desirable.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
• Proficient in project management software such as MS Project, Primavera, or equivalent.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
