Role Purpose

Direct all phases of infrastructure projects including design, construction, testing, commissioning, and handover while maintaining executive oversight of technical, commercial, contractual, and financial matters.

Key Responsibilities

Project Leadership & Delivery

• Direct all phases of infrastructure projects from inception through completion, maintaining executive oversight of technical, commercial, contractual, and financial matters
• Lead multidisciplinary project teams through all project stages
• Deliver projects on schedule and within budget while maintaining quality and safety standards

Stakeholder & Client Management

• Serve as the primary consultant representative to clients, government agencies, contractors, and stakeholders
• Oversee stakeholder communication and relationship management to ensure alignment with project objectives and contractual obligations

Project Performance & Governance

• Manage project performance against approved budgets, schedules, quality standards, safety protocols, and sustainability requirements

Qualifications & Experience

• Extensive experience directing large-scale infrastructure projects from conception through completion
• Demonstrated expertise in managing multidisciplinary teams and complex stakeholder relationships
• Strong knowledge of project controls, contract management, financial oversight, and regulatory compliance
