Role Purpose

Oversee complex, high-value construction programs and lead a multi-disciplinary project team to deliver infrastructure projects on time, within budget, and to specification while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Operations & Team Management

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the project team, including engineers, designers, and staff
• Manage a team of 10 direct staff, a construction supervision team, and 3 contractors (Main Contractor, Steel Contractor, and LED Contractor)

Project Controls

• Monitor project progress, identifying and mitigating risks
• Manage project budgets and schedules to ensure timely and efficient delivery
• Ensure compliance with regulations, standards, and specifications

Stakeholder Management

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and suppliers
• Provide regular project updates to the senior leadership team and stakeholders

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
• 20+ years of experience delivering complicated steel frame structures and bridges with value exceeding SAR 1 billion
• Strong knowledge of structural steel design, construction staging analysis, and steel erection
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a leadership role
• Experience with ACP cladding and large LED screens (optional)

• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders

Additional Information

• Familiarity with Saudi Arabia's construction industry, regulations, and standards is preferred
