Role Overview

Project Coordinator - Engineering at KBR. This position manages small engineering projects, typically under $10 million total installed cost, or oversees a defined segment of a larger project.

Role Purpose

Plan, organize, coordinate, and control small engineering projects in accordance with established company policies, procedures, systems, and requirements. Maintain day-to-day client contact and communication while ensuring client satisfaction and delivering projects within budget accountability.

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Execution

• Plan and organize all phases of small engineering projects from inception through completion.
• Coordinate and control project activities according to approved company standards and requirements.
• Possess knowledge of the respective industry relevant to assigned projects.

Client Management

• Serve as primary point of day-to-day contact and communication with clients.
• Focus on delivering client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

Financial Management

• Hold budgetary accountability for assigned projects.

Proposal Management

• May serve as proposal manager for small projects.

Qualifications & Experience

• Undergraduate degree in Engineering.
• Minimum 7 years of related experience.
• Average experience of 10–15 years.
