Role Purpose

To provide the structure and visibility that keep major projects on track by bringing clarity to performance, supporting informed decision-making, and enabling project teams and stakeholders to understand cost, schedule, and delivery status across the program.

Key Responsibilities

Planning & Scheduling

• Lead project planning and scheduling activities.

Cost Control & Performance

• Monitor project performance against budget, timeline, and key delivery milestones.
• Lead cost control activities.

Systems & Analytics

• Develop and maintain project controls systems, dashboards, and forecasting tools.

Reporting

• Prepare regular reports on project status, cost trends, and schedule impacts.

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Collaborate with project directors, client representatives, consultants, and contractors on cost and schedule reporting.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or a related discipline.
• 6+ years of experience in project controls, including cost management and schedule oversight.
• Experience working on large-scale infrastructure or social infrastructure programs.

Skills & Competencies

• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Strong skills with Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Experience with at least one cost or planning system, along with dashboard-based reporting.
• Working knowledge of Primavera P6, SAP, or Oracle Unifier (preferred).
• Working knowledge of Power BI development and report use (preferred).
• Familiarity with Aconex, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Microsoft 365 (preferred).
