Role Purpose

Oversee scheduling and progress tracking for major infrastructure developments in the UAE, ensuring projects meet regulatory requirements and stakeholder expectations.

Key Responsibilities

Scheduling & Planning

• Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules using Primavera P6, including baseline, recovery, and revised programs for roads, bridges, and infrastructure initiatives
• Ensure all project schedules comply with RTA specifications, guidelines, and standard work breakdown structures (WBS)
• Coordinate planning activities aligned with RTA approval procedures, including interim milestones, traffic staging, and sectional handover timelines
• Develop and maintain WBS structures for project scheduling and control

Progress Monitoring & Reporting

• Monitor project progress against approved baselines, identify delays and risks, and prepare weekly and monthly progress reports and look-ahead programs
• Review contractor programs against RTA contractual milestones, key performance indicators (KPIs), and phasing requirements

Stakeholder & Authority Coordination

• Integrate RTA authority approvals (NOCs, permits, traffic diversion approvals, utility coordination) into project schedules
• Coordinate with multiple stakeholders to manage complex approval workflows

Qualifications & Experience

• Proficiency with Primavera P6 or equivalent project planning software
• Experience with RTA standards, specifications, and approval procedures
• Strong knowledge of infrastructure project scheduling, including WBS development and critical path analysis
