Role Purpose

To assist in the design, coordination, and delivery of architectural projects while supporting senior architects in developing design presentations, technical drawings, and design reports. The role ensures design integrity, technical accuracy, and compliance with project standards throughout the design development and documentation process.

Key Responsibilities

Design Development & Documentation

• Assist in the design, coordination, and delivery of architectural projects from concept through to construction documentation.
• Support senior architects in developing design presentations, technical drawings, and design reports.
• Produce coordinated design and construction documentation.
• Review drawings and documentation to ensure compliance with project standards, codes, and client requirements.

Collaboration & Coordination

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including engineers, planners, and interior designers to ensure design integrity and technical accuracy.
• Participate in design reviews, site coordination meetings, and client presentations.

Design Excellence

• Contribute innovative and sustainable design ideas aligned with SJ's design excellence principles.
• Maintain quality standards and adhere to project timelines and budgets.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from a recognized institution.
• 2–5 years of professional experience in architectural design, ideally within an international consultancy environment.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong design and visualization skills.
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
