Program manager

Role Overview

Program Manager at Airbus Defense and Space, Airbus Helicopters Arabia (AHA), for Aircraft Maintenance. This is a fixed-term professional leadership position.

Role Purpose

Execute and deliver multiple projects for a specific customer while maintaining alignment of risks, scope, schedule and costs with Project Management best practices and AHA policies and management system.

Key Responsibilities

Compliance & Governance

• Comply with all Aviation and Export Control Regulations.
• Perform contract reviews with AHA and Corporate management.
• Maintain awareness of potential compliance risks and commit to act with integrity as the foundation for the Company's success, reputation and sustainable growth.

Project Planning & Execution

• Develop project plans and contract deliverables.
• Manage all aspects of planning, monitoring and execution of contracts.
• Conduct site visits at Customer location as required.
• Perform project close and document lessons learned and best practices through life of project.

Budget, Schedule & Risk Management

• Manage project budget, schedule, scope and risk.
• Identify, review and analyze project risks and assess and implement mitigation actions.

Stakeholder & Customer Management

• Manage and communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Coordinate operational aspects of the project between project team and liaise with finance, HR and management as required.
• Manage and control customer expectations and change requests.
• Respond to Customer complaints and concerns in timely manner.
• Improve Customer satisfaction by delivering consistent results and following up on any concerns.

Reporting & Continuous Improvement

• Prepare and deliver internal and external reporting (weekly, monthly, quarterly etc.).
• Participate in continuous improvement of PM processes.
