Role Overview
Production Crew at Emirates Flight Catering. The Production Crew will report to Production Managers and perform a variety of daily production tasks, which can be physically demanding and require great attention to detail.

Role Purpose
To execute daily production tasks in food handling and processing while maintaining the highest standards of food safety, quality assurance, and facility cleanliness. The role supports Emirates Bustanica's mission to deliver safe, high-quality, and sustainably grown produce.
Key Responsibilities
Production Operations
- Perform a variety of daily production tasks, which can be physically demanding and require great attention to detail.
- Accurately input data into the database and fill out any necessary daily task logs.
- Participate in ensuring cleanliness and sanitization of all food secure locations and processing areas within the facility.
Quality Assurance & Food Safety
- Learn and follow the company's food safety plan and complete the required trainings to comply with the company's food handling policies.
- Maintain products through regular quality assurance and quality control procedures to ensure the highest quality output at all stages of production.
- Follow good manufacturing processes (GMPs), good agricultural processes (GAPs), company food safety policy, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Safety & Compliance
- Adhere to all facility and equipment safety measures to always ensure personal and others' safety.
Collaboration
- Maintain great communication with supervisors and fellow team members.
Qualifications & Experience
- Secondary school degree.
- Experience within a manufacturing or agricultural environment is preferable.
- Must be able to understand and speak basic English.
- An interest in sustainability and food production.
Skills & Competencies
- Ability to perform physical and repetitive tasks.
- Physically capable of lifting and moving objects up to 25 kilograms.
- Ability to work on ladders, lean down into low spaces, and reach into tight areas.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Willingness to take direction and be a team player.
- Takes pride in your work and has a positive attitude while taking on difficult tasks.
