Role Purpose
Achieve consistent sales growth and targets for assigned regions by collaborating with team members, sharing knowledge, and identifying opportunities to grow new business while maintaining existing business.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
- Organize appointments and meetings with Healthcare Professionals (HCPs).
- Demonstrate and present Abbott EPD products to HCPs.
- Build and maintain good business relationships with customers.
- Identify opportunities, improve operations, and gain new business while maintaining existing business.
- Own assigned geographic area with corresponding sales performance plan.
Planning & Performance Management
- Plan and schedule weekly and monthly timetables for day-to-day activities with clear KPIs.
- Meet both the business and scientific needs of HCPs.
- Provide consistent market feedback.
Qualifications & Experience
- Educational qualification in pharmaceutical or medical science.
- Four to six years of experience in pharmaceutical sales in the UAE market.
- Tender Management experience.
- Primary care therapeutic segment experience preferred.
Skills & Competencies
- Fluency in English and Arabic.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets.
