Product Specialist, PureWick, Bdx (Becton, Dickinson and Company). Location: Dammam/Khobar, Saudi Arabia.

Role Purpose
The Product Specialist β PureWick is accountable for accelerating adoption, utilization, and commercial growth of the PureWick portfolio across Saudi Arabia. As the clinical and commercial champion for the brand, this role drives market development, stakeholder engagement, clinical practice transformation, and account expansion to establish PureWick as the standard of care for non-invasive urinary management.
Key Responsibilities
Market Development & Growth
- Increase assigned portfolio share and achieve area annual budget in assigned accounts.
- Create new sales opportunities in all healthcare organizations across different sectors in the assigned territory through direct orders and tenders.
- Develop and execute strategic territory and account plans to maximize market penetration and product utilization.
Stakeholder Engagement & Account Management
- Lead account boarding, stakeholder mapping, and customer engagement strategies.
- Manage relationships with clinical and non-clinical stakeholders in strategic accounts.
- Identify key opinion leaders with respected influence within the incontinence community.
- Engage with hospital stakeholders, particularly nursing and clinical teams.
Operations & Logistics
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure hospitals are aware of product availability through sales team communication.
- Assist in clarifying any time-sensitive disrupted issues that might affect the delivery process in the assigned area.
- Understand and develop all sales channels with fast response to customer requests and market demand.
Market Intelligence & Planning
- Perform market mapping and customer segmentation.
- Identify lists of all key opinion leaders with respect within the incontinence community.
Compliance & Promotion
- Ensure appropriate level of promotion and product awareness is delivered to the right healthcare providers in a compliant and ethical way.
- Ensure that BD's professional and ethical standards are followed.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in nursing (preferred), medical sciences, pharmacy, biomedical engineering, or a related healthcare field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a hospital/healthcare environment, medical devices, healthcare, or clinical sales.
- Experience engaging with hospital stakeholders, particularly nursing and clinical teams.
- Experience in Urgent Care Centers, Critical Care, Women's Health, or hospital-based solutions is preferred.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong presentation, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven track record of driving product adoption and clinical practice change.
