Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

Design & Development

Supplier & Materials Management

• Collaborate with suppliers and manufacturers to source appropriate packaging materials.
• Analyze packaging costs and identify opportunities for cost reduction.

Compliance & Quality

• Ensure packaging complies with industry standards, regulations, and sustainability goals.
• Conduct quality checks on packaging materials and finished products.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Coordinate with marketing to align packaging designs with brand guidelines.
• Support product launches by managing packaging timelines and logistics.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Packaging Design, Industrial Engineering, Marketing, or related field.
• Experience in product packaging development and management.
• Knowledge of packaging materials, regulations, and sustainability practices.
