Job description

Role Overview

Product Operations Manager at webook.com, Saudi Arabia's #1 event ticketing and experience booking platform. Reporting to the Sr Director of Product, you will build the Product Ops function from the ground up, designing and running the operating cadence that enables the product organization to scale.

Company Overview

webook.com is Saudi Arabia's leading event ticketing and experience booking platform in terms of technology, features, agility, and revenue. The company serves some of the largest mega events in the Kingdom and has surpassed over 2 billion sales.

Role Purpose

This is a hands-on role to establish the foundations, rituals, standards, tooling, and feedback loops that help teams move fast with clarity. You will reduce lead time to value by improving how the organization plans, executes, launches, and learns across Product, Engineering, and Design. As the function proves impact, you will hire and lead a small Product Ops team.

Key Responsibilities

Planning & Governance

  • Build and own webook.com Product Ops foundations: planning cadence, OKR tracking, decision forums, roadmap hygiene, and ways of working.
  • Establish lightweight documentation and tooling standards that improve clarity without adding bureaucracy.

Launch & Execution

  • Orchestrate release readiness and go-to-market execution across markets by defining launch standards, checklists, and clear ownership.
  • Define and track cross-market experience standards and launch quality signals, and surface gaps early with clear owners to close them.

Learning & Optimization

  • Create the post-launch learning loop: performance tracking, insights synthesis, retros, and follow-up execution with accountable product owners.

Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Drive a small number of high-impact horizontal initiatives that measurably improve delivery speed, quality, and alignment.
  • Act as a connector and force multiplier across Product, Engineering, Design, Data, and Commercial, removing friction and surfacing systemic risks early.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 5+ years in Product Ops, Product, Business Ops, consulting, or transformation roles in a tech environment.
  • Proven ability to build operating models and rituals from scratch and get adoption without authority.
  • Strong cross-functional program leadership from ambiguity to shipped outcomes.
  • Experience supporting multi-market launches or localization.
  • Experience in consumer apps, marketplaces, or ticketing and entertainment.
  • Prior experience hiring or leading a small team.

Skills & Competencies

  • Data fluency: comfortable with metrics, dashboards, and making tradeoffs visible.
  • Clear communicator who can influence senior stakeholders and handle conflict constructively.
  • Bias to action and high ownership.
